With Summer coming up for my friends in the US, it is a great time to pick out a few books to read while you are on vacation. Actually, any time is a good time to pick out a few new books to read. We all have heard the phrase, “Leaders are readers.”

Reading, however, is one of those things that transcends leadership. Reading good books is probably the single most important thing that an individual can do to improve themselves. It is the best way to acquire new knowledge, sharpen existing skills, and yes, of course, to be entertained.
