What are You Saying “Yes” To?

This is such a powerful statement. Our lives are ultimately defined by the choices that we make. Our success or our failure is going to be the result of what we choose to say “Yes” or “No” to. As we move into a brand new year, what do you want yours to look like? In twelve months, what do you want to be able to look back on and feel a sense of accomplishment over?

I have written a lot about setting goals for the coming year. This is a powerful exercise that I encourage everyone to participate in. More than just setting goals and creating action steps to accomplish them, however, what are we going to say “Yes” and “No” to to bring those goals into reality?
